As operators in Southern California since 1976, we became acutely aware of the special customer needs and interest in this market segment. Large national food service companies operating from Eastern Headquarters with Eastern perspectives are encumbered in reacting to the individual needs of the West. To meet the special needs of Southern California, we started Huntington Culinary in 1991.


We are a local food service company headquartered in Southern California capable of meeting the challenges of food service operations. We are an experienced team of food service professionals who have lived and worked in this dynamic market. We have been servicing the Title IIIC nutrition program at the City of South El Monte for the past thirty years. In addition, we are experienced in servicing Private Schools, National School Lunch programs, Child and Adult Care programs, as well as Business and Industry cafeterias. Our residential experience includes Colleges, Adolescent Resident Homes, Assisted Living Communities, Boarding Camps, and Correctional Facilities. 


We cater to all of our clients in the Southern California market and pride ourselves on the capability of meeting with any of them on a day’s notice. We can meet the needs of this diverse group in any capacity they require.
